Visiting the website

The data is deleted once it is no longer needed for these purposes.

Hosting: Hetzner

The website runs on servers of Hetzner Online GmbH, Industriestr. 25, 91710 Gunzenhausen, Germany. A data processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR is in place with Hetzner. Details: Hetzner privacy policy.

If you write to us, we process your details to answer your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR where a contract is concerned, otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). We delete the data once it is no longer needed for that purpose and no statutory retention obligation applies.

Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability (Art. 15 to 20 GDPR). You may object to processing based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR on grounds relating to your particular situation (Art. 21 GDPR). You can also lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, for example the State Commissioner for Data Protection of Lower Saxony.
